Ingredients for 4 people:

500g minced meat

Holy nectaire

Butter

Quality olive oil

1 large onion,

Fresh parsley

Fried onion,

Pickles,

Salt,

Burger breads (if possible from your favorite bakery)

 

Instructions :

Preparation and preheating:

In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with a generous handful of chopped parsley. Make sure the parsley is well distributed.

Form four steaks balls of equal size with the meat mixture.

Finely cut your onions

Preheat your Brasero-Plancha.

 

Grille the onions:

Brown the onion slices on the plancha until they are golden and caramelized, adding additional wealth to the burger.

 

Cooking :

Melt a knob of butter on the Brasero-Plancha to cook the chopped steaks.

Place the steaks and flatten your meat well to give your burger a smash side. Cook the meat according to the desired cooking.

During the meat cooking, lightly grill the breads cut in half on the grill part of the brazier. This will add a pleasant crisp texture and prevent them from becoming too soft with the garnish.

 

Meat finish:
