Grilled salmon with vegetables at Brazir Brazir brazier

Saumon grillé aux légumes au brasero plancha Brazir

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon steaks (about 150 g each)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 teaspoon of Provence herbs

Preparation

  1. Preheat your Brazy Brazir Plancha over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, Provence herbs and vegetables.
  3. Place the salmon steaks on the plancha and cook them for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your liking.
  4. Add the vegetables to the plancha and cook them for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender.
  5. Serve the salmon and vegetables immediately.

Tips

  • For an additional touch of flavor, you can add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the mixture of olive oil, salt, pepper and Provence herbs.
  • You can also use other vegetables for this recipe, such as mushrooms, eggplants or zucchini.
  • For a more complete meal, you can serve salmon and vegetables with rice or pasta.
