Everyone knows the fries ... These small potato sticks cooked in an oil bath. If traditionally the fries are cooked in the fryer and in two baths of oil, it is possible to have fun with your Brazero-Plancha Brazir! It will be a little longer but it's worth it!
Ingredient:
⁃ Potatoes or famous potatoes
⁃ Salt
⁃ Olive oil
1/ Peel and wash the potatoes. Dry them in a clean cloth.
2/ Detail 1.5cm sticks on each side. Dry the potatoes again cut in a clean cloth.
3/ Pour oil over the Brasero-Plancha.
4/ Cook a first portion of fries for about 10 minutes. Do not overload the Braseo-Plancha of fries so as not to burn yourself and prevent the fries from sticking against each other. Repeat as many times as necessary.
5/ Serve salty and enjoy!
