Tapas, apéritif au brasero-plancha avec nos mini-burgers !

Culinary art reaches new heights with the introduction of mini-burgers cooked at Brasero-Plancha Brazir, merging tradition and innovation to offer an unparalleled taste experience. Ingredients for 6 mini burgers:

  • 100g minced meat
  • Parsley 
  • 6 mini burgers
  • 2 cheddar slices
  • Sauce of your choice

 Instructions :

  • Preparation and preheating: 
    • In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with a generous handful of chopped parsley. Make sure the parsley is well distributed.
    • Form 6 steaks balls of equal size with the meat mixture.
    • Preheat your Brasero-Plancha. 

 

  • Cooking :
    • Melt a knob of butter on the Brasero-Plancha to cook the chopped steaks. 
    • Place the steaks and flatten your meat well so that the steaks are well. Cook the meat according to the desired cooking.
    • When the steaks are almost cooked at your convenience, place a tranche of cheddar on each steak and let melt slightly. 

 

  • Burger assembly:
    • On the lower part of each bread, spread your favorite sauce.
    • Add the steaks with the melted cheese.
    • Finish by spreading your sauce on the upper part of the bread and close the burger.

 

Serve as soon as it's ready and enjoy hot with friends or family!
